Am I locked into a long contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You start with a 30-day pilot, and if it isn't saving you calls, you can cancel and we'll refund your first month. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
How long does it take to go live?
Most businesses are live within about 10 business days. We handle everything during setup — building and training your custom agent, configuring the voice and script, setting up your number and call forwarding, connecting booking and notifications, and fully testing before go-live.
What happens if the AI can't answer a question?
The receptionist is trained on your business, so it handles the common questions — hours, pricing, services, and booking. If a caller needs something it can't resolve, it captures their details and (on Professional and up) can transfer the call live to your team, so a real person is always reachable when it matters.
Can it answer in Spanish as well as English?
Yes. Bilingual English + Spanish answering is included on the Premium plan, and available as a $99/mo add-on on Starter and Professional, so you never lose a Spanish-speaking customer.
How does billing and overage work?
Plans are a flat monthly fee plus a one-time setup. Starter includes 750 talk-minutes and Professional includes 2,000; Premium is unlimited (fair use). On metered plans, any additional minutes are billed at $0.45 per talk-minute, or you can add a 1,000-minute bundle for $99.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime — there's no long contract. During your first 30 days, if it isn't saving you calls, we'll refund your first month. After that it's simple month-to-month, so you're never trapped.
